Company Interview
Direct interview with Japanese Supervising Organization (Kumiai) delegations visiting Dhaka.
OTIT & COE Approval
Training plan approval by OTIT Japan and issuance of Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
BMET & Departure
BMET Smart Card issuance, Embassy visa stamp, pre-departure briefing, and flight to Japan.
Real Workshop Training with Japanese 5S Discipline
In partnership with our government-approved Sending Organization Eastern Resource Management Services Ltd. (RL-1057), candidates receive hands-on workshop training at ERMS technical yards (Ashulia & Gazipur). Trainees master Japanese Hou-Ren-So communication, safety protocols, and strict 5S factory rules before departure.
