HAJIME Education & Training Center ("we", "our", or "us") operates Japanese language education programs, vocational skills preparation, and authorized Japan visa processing consultancy (Student, SSW, TITP, and International Services/Work Visas). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal data provided by students, candidates, sponsors, and website visitors.
02 Information We Collect
We collect information strictly necessary to provide education, admission assessment, and official immigration processing:
Personal & Contact Details
Full legal name, date of birth, national ID / NID, passport details, mobile number, email address, and permanent/current address.
Academic & Professional Records
SSC/HSC certificates, diploma/degree transcripts, Japanese language test results (JLPT / JFT-Basic), and work experience certificates.
Sponsorship & Financial Proof
Sponsor relationship papers, bank balance certificates, tax certificates, and income verification required for COE applications.
Digital & Course Activity
Class attendance, online test submissions, mock exam performance, payment transaction IDs, and communication history.
03 How We Use Your Information
- Educational Delivery: Managing classroom and online batches, issuing certificates, and monitoring mock exam scores.
- Admissions & COE Filing: Submitting student applications to partnered Japanese language schools, universities, supervising organizations (TITP), and Immigration Services Agency of Japan (出入国在留管理庁).
- Job Matching & SSW Interview Coaching: Facilitating employment interviews with vetted Japanese employers and generating Japanese-format CVs (Rirekisho).
- Official Communications: Notifying candidates regarding COE results, Embassy visa submission dates, pre-departure schedules, and fee receipts.
04 Authorized Data Sharing & Transfer to Japan
We NEVER sell, trade, or rent candidate personal information to third-party marketing companies. Data is only shared with authorized entities strictly for educational, visa, and settlement purposes:
• Japanese Language Schools & Colleges in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Saitama, etc.
• Immigration Services Agency of Japan and the Embassy of Japan in Dhaka.
• K.R. Sunrise International LLC (our partner office in Saitama, Japan) for airport reception and settlement support.
• Payment Gateways (SSLCommerz, Stripe, PayPal) for encrypted, secure fee transactions.
05 Security Safeguards & Document Retention
All digital documents (passports, financial records, transcripts) are stored on encrypted servers with role-based access control. Physical documents submitted to our Dhaka Head Office or branches are stored in secure archives and returned or safely destroyed upon visa decision or candidate request.
06 Your Rights & Document Access
Every candidate has the right to inspect their stored records, request correction of inaccurate bio-data, receive a complete fee receipt breakdown, or request withdrawal of an application prior to official immigration submission.
