01 Agreement & Acceptance
By registering for Japanese language courses (JLPT N5/N4, JFT-Basic A2), vocational skill training (ERMS), or engaging our visa consultancy services (Student, SSW, TITP, International Services/Work Visas), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the candidate/sponsor and HAJIME Education & Training Center.
02 Language Training & Classroom Policies
To ensure optimal pass rates in JLPT and JFT-Basic examinations, students agree to adhere to the following academic standards:
Regular participation in offline classroom sessions or live online batches is mandatory.
Students must take weekly chapter tests and computer mock examinations (CBT).
Official Japanese study certificates are issued upon successful syllabus completion.
03 Visa Advisory & Immigration Disclaimer
HAJIME Education & Training Center provides ethical counseling, language education, academic matching, document verification, and submission assistance to educational institutes and Japanese Immigration (COE processing).
Final decisions regarding Certificate of Eligibility (COE) issuance and Visa approvals rest exclusively with the Immigration Services Agency of Japan (出入国在留管理庁) and the Embassy of Japan in Dhaka. While HAJIME maintains strict verification to achieve maximum success, no agency can legally guarantee visa issuance.
04 Document Authenticity & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Candidates and financial sponsors are strictly responsible for providing genuine, truthful, and authentic academic certificates, birth records, bank solvency statements, and relationship documents. Any submission of forged or false papers will result in immediate termination of processing with zero refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
05 Fee Structure, Installments & Refund Policy
- Upfront Transparency: All course fees (e.g. ৳15,000 for Offline N5, ৳20,000 for Offline JFT-Basic, ৳7,500 for Online N5) are clearly communicated before admission with zero hidden costs.
- Payment Receipts: Official receipts are provided for all payments made at our office counters or through digital channels (SSLCommerz, Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking).
- Course Fee Policy: Course tuition fees are non-refundable once classes commence. If a batch is postponed by HAJIME, the student will be accommodated in the immediate next batch.
- Visa Processing Stage Refunds: Consultancy milestones and document service fees follow the specific written candidate agreement signed prior to COE submission.
06 Pre-Departure Briefing & Japan Office Support
Upon visa approval, HAJIME provides comprehensive pre-departure briefings covering Japanese social manners, legal work-hour regulations (28 hours/week for student visas), tax and insurance rules. Candidates arriving in Japan are supported by our Saitama office (K.R. Sunrise International LLC) for airport reception, city hall registration, and initial settlement.
